What size should I use for hex bar?
Use the across-flats size, also called AF or S size, not the corner-to-corner distance.
Can I use this for 303 hex bar?
Yes. Choose the 303 density option, then enter the across-flats size, length and quantity.
Can I calculate duplex stainless steel hex bar weight?
Yes. Choose the 2205 / S31803 / S32205 or 2507 / S32750 density option if the order uses a duplex stainless steel hex bar route.
Why can actual hex bar weight differ slightly?
Corner radius, tolerance, finish route and cutting loss can all change the final shipment weight.
What should I send for a hex bar quote?
Send grade, across-flats size, tolerance, cut length, quantity and destination.
